Terms of Service

By accessing or using TubeCoach ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

TubeCoach analyzes public YouTube video metadata (title, description, thumbnail setup, tags, hashtags, and public statistics) and provides packaging suggestions. For signed-in channel owners, it also displays private analytics obtained from the YouTube Analytics API.

Public analysis and any AI-generated suggestions are heuristic estimates for guidance only. They are not official YouTube figures and are not guaranteed to be accurate or to improve performance. Private analytics shown to signed-in owners are sourced from YouTube's APIs and are clearly identified as such.

TubeCoach uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled through Google APIs is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the app to violate any law or the terms of YouTube, Google, or any third party;
• attempt to access data belonging to channels you do not own or are not authorized to review;
• circumvent, disable, or overload API quotas, rate limits, or security measures;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the app; or
• reverse engineer or interfere with the app's normal operation.

Some features require signing in with Google and granting read-only access to your YouTube data. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

YouTube content and data belong to their respective owners and to YouTube. The app's own software, design, and branding remain the property of TubeCoach. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the app as intended.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will produce specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeCoach and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and revoke its access to your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
